I was craving popcorn chicken and stumbled upon this spot on my way home from Huntington Beach. The interior is stylish and modern, with eye-catching light fixtures that give the place a nice ambiance. The staff member who took our order was knowledgeable and patient, especially since we took a bit longer to decide. The popcorn chicken was perfectly cooked, and I appreciated the option to get extra spice on the side to customize the heat level. I also ordered a milk tea with 50% sweetness and boba, which was delicious. The vibe was relaxed, with several TVs playing One Piece and Teen Titans, making it a great spot to chill. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here to have some tea, and ended up with food as well, was a great experience, the tea was high quality, and much better than most Boba shops. Food was excellent, the sweet potato fries stood out the most.

As a local, I’ve come to ten ren’s multiple times for the boba. The tea here is always consistent and worth the price. The employees are also very sweet. My family just came here for hotpot and it was worth it! Very delicious and the right proportions. If you can, the udon is good with the hot pot instead of glass noodles. We ordered one Sukiyaki (udon/soy sauce base type soup) and Pork Bone Broth (with the chili oil on the side). I love how the hot pot came with all the veggies and seafood! The employee that served my table was very helpful and made the visit much more comfortable for my parents who don’t come here much. 😊 We had the 103 Oolong Hot Tea in a pot that we shared with 4 cups and it was great.

The Beef udon itself is also really good!

Was surprised to see that this is a sit-down restaurant on top of a boba store. If you're ordering boba, best to go straight to the registers. If not sit down and wait for a menu.
Would not recommend the cold noodles unless you like plain noodles. It was very bland.
I really liked their popcorn chicken tho. It was wasn't overly breaded and was warm.
Wish they will give more than 1 napkins or have a napkin box, but they're available next to the registers.

Great selection of classic Taiwanese fat food and ramen. They have an assortment of teas and boba. We went here 3 weeks after they opened so staff is still working out the flow. It was date night with the wife, we got 2 how's of spicy ramen, 2 appetizers, and 2 regular sized boba drinks $42. Not bad at all
