Had a great buying experience at this dealership with Hassan. I did a lot of research and came in to buy a specific vehicle at a specific price and communicated that to him upfront. My price was pretty low and was not sure they could meet it. I only went through one round of negotiations and they got within $500 of my price and I accepted the offer as it was still a good deal. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I have bought 2 new vehicles in the past 6 months and been to 3 Greenway dealerships and this one definitely stood out from the other two (in a good way). Thanks for an easy hassle, free experience. The experience in store was quick and easy with Muhammed, but the online process needs some work. Internet sales people are not very friendly and willing to work the deal. The fact that the same dealer called me from two different locations with 2 different deals was not so appetizing. How does the same dealer have two different locations and prices on the same car? Needs some work, but overall the deal was fine and the process at the store was quick and easy.

We had a great experience at Kia West with our salesman Jeremy. He was very helpful and communicated very well with us. He's very knowledgeable and assisted us really well. We made our purchase with ease and even after the purchase he has stayed in contact with us and made himself available for us with any questions or assist us with anything. His great customer service and pleasant manner really made us happy and our experience great. He made sure the car was cleaned and he wasn't letting us leave without that car. He really is a wonderful sales person. I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I drove 4 hours to Greenway for a specific car and it was an amazing experience, our salesman James Brown, was fantastic! He did everything to work with us and make sure we did not make the long drive home without the car we came for. As well as the finance guy, Diego, he made the signing process comfortable and easy. Tony really went above and beyond to get a deal done for me on the exact car I wanted. He got me out of a tough situation I was in with my trade in and made the process easy and stress free. I was lucky enough to have Elijah as my sales guy, He was able to guide me through all my options, he showed me possible pricing for several vehicles, He was off the cuff knowledgeable of all of the features and benefits of all of my possible picks, he listened to my reasoning for what vehicle would suit me best. I ended up with a Sorento that contained all the features I need and some, for the price range I was comfortable with. If you are in the market this 18 year old is sharp, trust me.
