These guys knocked it out of the park with their service. I was 24 hours away from hopping on a plane for a destination wedding when I realized it was a black tie event. I needed a high-quality tux quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better service on such a short timeline. I highly recommend for those that want an excellent shopping experience.

Howard Katz is the absolute best in the business. Howard, Donald, Scotty, the whole team are top notch. From the moment I walked in to every subsequent visit, they treat me like platinum and never make excuses. This is not a place that cuts corners. If you want the best, go to Greiner's. They exemplify, you get what you pay for. Customer service is not a lost art at Greiner's. Fine menswear doesn't even begin to describe the selection and service. A reassuring throwback to the age of truly bespoke clothing from masters of the trade.

I ordered two shirts and one pair of pants. They were supposed to be ready in four to six weeks. After eight weeks, I never received a call. Repeated calls to the store went unanswered. I then went to the store in-person and was told they needed to call me back the following week. I never received a call. Simply put, Grenier's pocketed my money, never made the clothes that I ordered, and has been completely unresponsive. Save your money.

Walking about today on Palm Avenue in Sarasota taking a break from the chaos in the world, my wife and I were welcomed through the window of Greiners by Howard Katz with a wave and a smile today. What a breath of fresh air! Mr Katz greeted us, showed us a few hats and we shared a few grins. Though we did not purchase today we will certainly return in the near future. Looks like a very comfortable and happy place to shop. From our initial experience we highly recommend Greiners!

Great store for men. We are in our mid-thirties and appreciate the service. They also have on site tailoring. High quality; good sale items too. Staff is excellent; service from another era (in the best way possible) for modern high quality clothing.
