We moved to the Winter Haven a little over a year ago from Northern Michigan where we had a local, family owned jewelry shop that we loved! When we were ready to replace the stone in my engagement ring we considered flying back to Michigan to have that jeweler do the work. We did a little research here before making the trek to Michigan, found Griner's and decided to give them a try. We are VERY glad we did! We are very satisfied with the rings and the staff and owner are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have found our Florida jeweler!

Everyone is really nice at this jewelry store. I brought in an item to be engraved and they explained that they don’t do engravings, but provided me with a location that does in the same city. I brought in a pair of one carat diamonds to be set and earrings, but we were unable to come up with a business deal. I look forward to doing business with them in the future for other jewelry needs.

Griner’s is the BEST place to go for all your jewelry repair/ custom/watch battery’s… really everything. They have custom made me a ring start to finish and helped me through all my jewelry wear and tears and small breaks, replaced multiple watch batteries and small breaks.

If you're looking for beautiful, custom jewelry work and incredible, attentive customer service, then please visit Griner's Jewelers. My wife and I had a complex job for them as we added an intricate band to her ring for our 5-year anniversary. Jill helped ensure that everything was communicated clearly and done properly while Brian did a fantastic job reworking the ring. They even checked in on how she liked the ring and shared in her happiness at the reveal!
