Run a commercial industry company called to get parts. The guy was very rude. Said he was gonna put me on hold instead hung up on me. Definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I wish I could give them 10 stars.
I couldn't be more pleased with the experience we had here.
Alvie, Kevin and Brittany were great people to deal with.
They stayed late on a Saturday to get me setup with a new Mahindra Tractor, Box Blade and Finish Mower. Alvie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Kevin went over every switch and lever on my new tractor and made sure I was comfortable with it and he even helped me strap my equipment to the trailer.
Brittany was very helpful with the paperwork and financing.
They gave my kids some toys and coloring books. These people look out for their customers. If you are in the market for a tractor these are the people you want to go see.
Thank you guys for all your help. You just acquired another life long customer!

Alvie and the Team at Grove are OUTSTANDING from start to finish. I just took delivery of my first tractor and they went the extra mile putting my family in the right tractor for our small homestead/goat ranch. The delivery and thorough lesson on usage was excellent as well.

The honest tractor dealer. I called two other tractor stores, including the one I bought it from, in my area about getting a 50 hour service and I was quoted $800-$1100. When I called Grove the service manager confirmed what I had read in the service manual which is Massey Ferguson does not recommend an fluid change until 500 hours. The other dealers would have stolen my money and wasted a half day of my life so they could make money. I will now only go to Grove Tractor and you should too.

My experience was not so pleasant. I overnighted a part for a tractor that’s used everyday. The gentleman pulled a tractor up on the parts screen with my part in it assuming that the tractor in pic was the model I gave him we overnighted the part. When I received the part it was wrong and was told it was my fault as there’s because I pointed to the part on the computer screen witch I figured was my tractor. After arguing with them about covering the overnight on the right part that I found on and gave them the correct part number for the parts manager told me he would cover the overnight freight because off the confusion and I paid the last one. Well I’m still waiting on my part and to find out that he put it on two day shipping and not giving it any thought that this is my business and how I support my family and how my client takes care off their Heard every day.

This is a family run business. I was totally impressed with the level of devotion to the customers needs and desires. The friendliness of the owner as well as the staff are beyond anything I've recently experienced. I prayed about purchasing a tractor, as I do with all big purchases, and I truly believe God sent me here. I would give them 100 stars if available.
