Rod totally saved us when our overseas shipment was delayed, and we ran out of Hipp formula. He accommodated us on a weekend when he was supposed to go out of town and let us pick up a can. Moreover, he had every chance to charge us more because we were desperate, but he still charged the usual retail price. Rod is a genuinely kind and honest person; we are so grateful and will be sure to buy from him moving forward!

Ordered a very expensive plant based formula for our baby girl after trying a few milk alternatives since she has a sensitive tummy. I wish I had read the return policy, she wouldn't even drink 1 full bottle and not even an exchange option was given. Over $60 wasted . Be sure to read the return policy -if opened you cannot return or swap/exchange. Pretty ridiculous considering the price of most organic formula.

There were some issues with delivery, but Rod with customer service was superb! Very detailed, helpful and ultimately got what I ordered then. I will change my review if I run into more shipping issues, but not expecting to!

After getting conned by another company I turned to Little Organics USA for baby formula. The delivery time was fantastic and when an issue occurred with the delivery of my second package, Rod really went above and beyond to help making sure I have enough formula available until a new package arrived from abroad. Really fantastic product and customer care!

I normally order formula from another website. However, our brand has been sold out online for a while. Our baby is 14 days old and we strictly formula feed. After noticing we had less than a couple of days left, I found Little Organics while doing a panicked web search. After sending a email, I got a quick response from Rod stating he will be sending it to us today for quick delivery! Being a new mom that is unable to breastfeed, it’s important for me to find the best formula for our baby.

I normally purchase Kendamil from Target but on Easter when all the stores were closed, I frantically searched for a similar kind of formula. Initially I thought that this was a physical location I could shop so I gave them a call. Rodney, who I believe might be the owner, informed me it wasn’t a store but he did have alternatives on hand like the HIPP formula. He offered to take time out of his Easter evening to make sure it got to me. I live in the San Gabriel Valley so it’s a bit of a drive. He even offered to Uber it to me seeing that it was an emergency. We decided to head towards him instead and he waited on our arrival and ran it out to us. In this crazy world it’s hard to find someone who cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much again for your kindness and compassion! The best!
