Very clean store and the darling young lady who helped me today honestly made my shopping experience amazing helping me sizes and even placing an online order for an item that had a small defect. I always make sure to pop in here to see their new items or sales and never disappoints, and today with the customer service I received. I’ll continue to come back.

Staff was very rude .I was at the store today looking for a pair of sunglasses everything was on sale 50% or more and they told me the sunglasses are not on sale .If an item is not on sale please specify with a sign you cannot ask for a pair of Guess Sunglasses almost 100 dollar ..A different store have the same sunglasses on sale 50% discount . Learn ho to do business before you work on a store and be nice with customer if you don’t like your job go and find something better don’t be rude with customer and pay attention to them

I went to the store to make a return on March 24,2021at 4:14pm and Dean told me I couldn’t that I can only get an exchange and I told him that when I purchased the product I was told that I was able to return it if I wasn’t satisfied with the product and I asked him where does it say that policy he was talking about on the receipt. I left that store very upset and disappointed at their customer service skills. I will never again purchase anything from Guess and I’ll make sure to give my feedback about them to everyone I know. I will keep reporting their bad service and putting bad reviews on their websites. Especially that store at The Mall at Wellington Green!!!

I came back to return something and I got here at 10 AM when they were scheduled to open. It’s now 1030 and there’s still no one here and I can’t stay any longer. Complete waste of time.
