I came on 11/01/24 at 7pm to return a purchase and it was closed. The workers were inside and I knocked on the door just to see if they had closed early but they ignored me and they were just chatting with each other. Very unprofessional not coming back here.

I love guess products. I did not make a purchase because the fitting rooms were closed. The customer service was good and I found a few items that I liked.

Although their items were somewhat limited I still found a lot of really cute things. I’m of average stature for a woman, 5’5 with a slim/athletic build and their clothes and jeans fit so nice! The girls in the store were so helpful and asked if I needed other sizes while trying stuff on in the fitting rooms! I am happy after leaving here. Also, my husband bought a jacket from here and it runs small so you have to get a size or two bigger. But it’s a great jacket regardless, one of his favorites. BTW they close at 8:00 every night expect for Sunday they close at 7. The girl helping me said she can’t change the store hours that are posted online (it’s not her who posted it) overall good experience.

This GUESS factory outlet in Manteca,CA is like an open secret place in the Central Valley of CA. It's very unassuming location near a Mexican restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and an AMC movie theater is a refreshing surprise. I always get good deals when I come here - from handbags to shoes and sandals and accessories. They also sell various kinds of GUESS apparel from babies to adults. The customer service personnel in this store are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you happen to be near or at Manteca,CA.

I love GUESS Factory they always have clothes that I like and of very good quality and they have discounts all the time, the workers are always on the lookout for customers and I like that. Guess Factory have all kinds of clothing accessories such as glasses, belts, bags, jackets, shoes, t-shirts, pants, shorts and much more.

Great customer service, wonderful staff. I got a jacket, that is better than most around that ive ever seen in departmentstores.... had to go back for jeans 👖. Lots of sales ever week.
