They were amazing—super accommodating, guided me in selecting the right package, were willing to hold it until the birthday, and delivered and assembled it the morning of as a surprise. Highly recommended! Great customer service and a personalized experience—they called me before and after to make sure everything went well. Can’t wait to go back and get a ton more accessories!

Had a great experience buying online from GW. Totally appreciate the help the guys offered. We bought an Alamo from Fuegos, and added a few extras: a second grill surface, a provoletera, a disco with lid and the cover. EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING product!!! BUYER BEWARE
If i could give a zero i would my husband purchased a grill that never arrived said damaged in transit and UPS immediately sent back to GW over a week has passed still no grill no tracking number has been provided staff wants us to believe the original tracking is what's being used which now shows an investigation has been opened originally there was communication now nothing in fact they hung up on my husband due to trying to figure out where the grill is and why he hasn't received it save your time and your money buy local

Gonzalo and the team at GW stepped up very professionally and with a high level of responsiveness. This was after a Mont Alpi dealer who is closer was proving disorganized and hard to work with. Gonzalo’s team came twice to complete my Mont Alpi grill island install due to a back order part. Both times the GW team kept me updated on timing, and they were very punctual. Installed my new grill island and cleaned everything up 100%. Definitely recommend going to Weston to work with these guys!
