By far the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. Erich was wonderful to work with, took the time to help find the car we wanted and worked to get it transferred to their dealership. Enabled us to do most of the work via email which made the time in person efficient and quick (so important with 3 kids and busy schedules). When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely be returning to Haidlen, honestly would not consider looking elsewhere.

Cordial Service Dept for a 20k mile service, all went as planned regarding time of service and work, except the cabin air filter compartment was not completely reassembled after check. I found the screws on passenger seat upon return, informed Service Department and reinstalled myself.

Update: I called Eric Haidlen as he suggested to help, Left message and NO CALL BACK. I left a message and offered to change the review if he just listened to me about my experience.

They are terrible. I brought my 3 week old truck to them. They refused to help because I didn't buy it from them. Its new and under warranty. They flat out told me I should of bought it from them. (They didn't have what I bought).

This is not the first time. They refused to do an paid oil change, because I didn't buy there. The last time I did manage to get an oil change, they forgot I needed a ride home. Then what was supposed to be an hour, turned into 5 hour oil change. So I was stuck waiting 5 hours.

Salesman Eric was fantastic to work with and no sales pressure. I stated to Eric that I do not want to sit at dealership for 5-6hrs to complete my sales purchase and he had my transaction completed in 2hrs. (good job)
I purchased a F250 Super Duty with utility work bed. Pricing on the utility bed was extremely competitive.

While waiting for my paperwork to be completed I also ordered a new F250 Lariat Ultimate 4X4 truck for myself. I have never ordered a new truck before and Eric made this extremely easy.

I was greeted by another salesman David, Cooper from the service department and Ricky (diesel mechanic) while I was waiting (great service)

Took my Explorer in for a suspension recall. Rear suspension was not aligned properly which ruined the rear tires. They blamed me saying I hit 2 potholes at the same time causing the alignment to go out. Thank goodness for Price Ford taking the car in and correcting the issue at no charge. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT HAIDLEN FORD. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!
