I ordered these flowers for my wife’s birthday thru their website and honestly the picture online does no justice the real flowers. They look even better in real life. Hala’s did a great job in short notice!

Had a great experience!. The owner greets you with a warm smile. I usually buy roses, they’re always fresh and smells really good, however she has a variety of options. I highly recommend, the best flower shop in Downey. Great customer service.

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had ordering flowers! Susi, the owner, personally ensured the arrangement would be beautiful and then personally delivered it to the hospital for my co-worker. She sent pictures of the arrangement to make sure I liked it and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I could not be more pleased! 5 stars are not enough!

The flowers were left on my front door . The basket was not nice old looking .and the flowers were very dry and damaged and dead , it must have been a arrangement that was old . This were condolences flowers and they are not beautiful to look at . I’ll make sure to notify the person who sent them because it was a waste of there money . Do not purchase from there. I called the owner to tell her about the flowers but she told to blame it on the senior who bought. The 40$ Flowers I think that if you have a price for flowers do the best they can do with that prize . But that bouquet that was brought to me only depressed me more so see . I walked in when she was cleaning up and immediately tended to my needs gave me a time frame that was on point and gave me more than what I envisioned. I loved the vibe and the aura of the store and will definitely be coming here more often. Susie called me days before delivery to ensure I had given all the correct information, which I hadn't. She assured me she would take care of my order and delivery. She called me after it was delivered to assure me it was on time for the services. The arrangement was better than expected and she said she had added a few extras.
