I am SO lucky to have such a fantastic jeweler so close by! Dan and his team reset my grandmother's engagement ring, helped me pick out a wedding band, and then connected the two after the wedding. Every step of the way, I was pleasantly surprised by their fair prices, quick turnaround, and excellent craftsmanship. I was especially nervous to let someone work with my grandmother's ring, but I was in the best hands!

I had my wedding band made here. I brought them a mish mash of family heirloom jewelry to pull stones from. Then I brought my necklace from my great grandmother. She got it in the 20s or 30s and I have it now so wanted the ring to match. He immediately knew what to make and I am beyond satisfied with my ring. It is STUNNING! It matches the time period of my beloved necklace. It is beyond my wildest dreams. And the process was easy and fast. I absolutely love it and don't know if I'll ever want to take it off.

I would not recommend working with this jeweler. My sister had a terrible experience with her engagement ring, but I was absolutely willing to give them a second chance since I only needed the butterfly sizer removed from our heirloom engagement ring. The jeweler was rude, condescending, and just generally unkind. He was almost completely unwilling to listen to the documented history I have of this stone and setting, and gave inaccurate guidance for sizing. If you’re looking for a positive love filled experience with a trustworthy jeweler, this is NOT the place. I can wholeheartedly recommend Filigree jewelers just down the road. Beautiful pieces and incredible work!!

Halem & Co De Sonoma is wonderful! I needed a size adjustment on my engagement ring, and ended up getting the perfect fit, thanks to their great staff and jeweler. The ladies who work there are so nice and helpful. They and the jeweler really know their stuff! The service was top-notch, quick, and friendly. That is a hard combination to find! This is my go to jeweler. They help me design and create my finances engagement ring and was a amazing experience. The attention to detail was amazing. Later on they created the wedding band for her and made my wedding band as well. They were able to use old family gold in all the rings to make them truly special to us. Great staff and Dan the jeweler is very talented.

The process was incredibly quick - I had both rings back in just a couple of days - and the rings now fit perfectly. I can’t believe it took me so long to resize my engagement ring; wearing the correct size makes a world of difference. Throughout the process, the staff was helpful, honest, and friendly. Great customer service! I was visiting from out of state and purchased a lovely ring. The ring was a little too big. Leslie, our sales associate, offered to resize it for me. This is an awesome jewelry store! Had such a great experience! Came in with a very old ring, that needed some work, and the jeweler sat down with me and explained my options and possiblites to do with ring. He was very helpful and thorough with explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. Truly enjoyed my time at the store and all the jewelry was so beautiful!
