Brand new development, still growing in variety, but very well designed with a lot of space. UT already has a Wal-Mart super center, a Publix, restaurants, banks, a UPS store, Dentist, Nail SPA, Realty, Movie theater and so on...

We had lunch at Hamlin Location on Sat Sept 21st.
We were a party of 4 and our Server was Kindrick . He was friendly and very attentive to us .
One order was a special request and he made sure it was made correctly .
Kendrick frequently checked on us to make sure we had all that we needed .

What to say about Hamlin Town Center?

Great development for the Hamlin section of Horizon West.
It has a movie theater, a Publix, a Walmart Supercenter with a gas station, a Dentist office, fast food like Wendy's, Mediterranean food options like Greek and Turkish, a Great Clips, cell phone carriers and plenty of parking. It's split by Hamlin Groves Pkwy.

It will be even better when the other 2 square are completed.

Nice place. Cashier on service focus to much onside conversation than costumers...so sad. No to many smiles like in lake mary publix.

Between Kissimmee and Winter Garden - FL, a margin of 429, at exit 15. Newly opened, with a local account Publix, Walmart, Chase Bank, and others. I recommend.

It's interesting to see how some Publix are so drastically different and better than others. It's a pleasure to shop here if you are used to the trashy and rundown Publix in Orlando and Kissimmee area. Traffic is also much better and drivers around the area actually have courtesy. It honestly feels like I'm in another state whenever I shop here. Check out this Publix wine selections!

Update this area is now overpopulated 2 lane roads are swollen with traffic. Development is heavily focused on high density dwellings compounding inadequate infrastructure.

I came to UPS prepared for an Amazon return. I knew what I was doing. Unprofessional for two impatient UPS workers (with no other customers to assist) to make comments regarding my Amazon package returns. I informed them, I was following the instructions Amazon has given me to package and return. Inappropriate for the worker to put his hands into my bag and pull out my items. I guess these workers are done dealing with Amazon packages, however the lack of customer service has made this location look bad.
