Where to begin.. where to begin!?

The chicken y’all love so much from Handy…. Yeah it sits on a rack damn near on the floor in the cooler in a bunch of chicken goop because they refuse to fix the shelf it sits on. The chicken rack is also used for the beer rack which has fallen numerous times which resulted in chicken/beer being on the floor and staff almost being taken out by the rack.
Food that should be frozen such as potato wedges or breakfast sandwiches, gets put in the cooler and even if they’re moldy, we were told to put them out because corporate won’t write off a bunch of food at once.
The kitchen is full of cockroaches. Don’t move the bottom rack on the bread cart… roaches come out everywhere. Yeah they had an exterminator come out but one time but it didn’t change anything.
The coolers leak and don’t keep the milks and juices cold like they’re supposed to.
The frazil machines don’t get washed out before replacing the fluids each time. They just add it in until they can’t no more.
Mold under the soda fountain and coffee area. Food that sits in a crate in the cooler on the floor because it’s either over flow and doesn’t fit out on the shelves or that’s all food that has sat out on a truck for hours and was never put away so it just gets moved around the cooler until someone decides to write it off and toss it.
When beer gets damaged they just throw it in the sink and let someone else handle it even though majority of the time the beer rep is the one that has placed it there. None of the reps can get along in the store. The beer guy thinks he owns the cooler so he does whatever he wants in there even though there’s a system in place that has worked very well for a while.
I’ll leave this review at that.

First of all They close at 10pm but shut their doors at 9:40pm? I went up to get something and the lady locked the doors Then called and the guy said we close early so we can leave at 10!!!! I work for retail and I can’t lock doors before the Time of closure, first time I’ve ever seen this, not Nice at all.

I came in around 3:30-4:00 pm and half of the hot food was empty and the lady that was the cook was rude and was on the phone and blasting music when I went up there to try to get food

Dirty store, dirty employees. Got gas. 10 minutes later someone in that store tried to scam my card at ATM inside. Didn't get anything, but they tried. Called manager to check cameras. She said no cameras on ATM inside. Dirty store. Nasty employees.

It's crazy how the employees at this store make up their own rules about when they want to open the lottery cash in machine. The state opens it at 6:00 a.m. they told me today that they won't open it until after 8:00 a.m.. they should not be allowed to sell tickets if they're not going to at least follow the states opening and closing time. And this was the manager telling me this.

Worst store ever they have roaches everywhere food is always past expired. Their new hours are 7am to 7pm but yet they lock their doors 20 minutes early. Poor customer service employees are always rude. The health department needs to check this place out especially with this covid19 pandemic going on none of the employees wear gloves or even face masks. I watched an employee sneeze into her hand and then make food without even washing her hands

So I go in an get refused service to day. By a cashier. I bring in more money to this store then they pay her. She’s mad because I accused her of stealing my vap pin I dropped when she smokes cigarettes . N refused my service. Nice one. Gonna drop ur stars. To one. Been coming to this store for years. Never had a problem. Till now. But I’ll get this store dwn to one star. Promise.
