Love the clothes, I always love coming here when I’m in LA. Reasonable prices and always in style. Except the employees, they need to be more professionals and not rude. I went in Saturday evening it was 7:35pm and I understand they close at 8pm. I was only in town for the weekend and wanted to grab a few things before I went back home. I heard the employee that was by the door telling her coworker “esta señora nomas está aquí y no se va”. The store didn’t close until eight o clock, I still had twenty five minutes. Yes I did spend over 100$ in this store so I wasn’t just looking. I did ask the lady, excuse me what time you guys close. She responded at 8pm. I replied “ok making sure” just to make her aware I heard her comment. The owner did check me out and was very nice.

It’s a very nice store they have a lot of good items and fashion styles the only problem is that it seems that it’s very limited in size every time I go shopping there there are a lot of good things I want to get but the store always seems to have only Small and Medium size and no Large.

I love this place have been coming here for about 18 years. Things do need to be addressed though...For instance, the dressing rooms, while its more than to be commented on adhering to covid guidelines, as all fitting rooms areshut down, I think it'd be more than accommodating to their customer's patronage to EXTEND THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY as a courtesy since the rooms are out of commission. This place has always ever only had a 7 day exchange policy which I find unacceptable.
Also, the pricing is much to high. Forever 21 has much more options with a lower price tag.
Also, also, they FINALLY are giving their customers coupons for month of September, they need to keep this up in the daily.
Also, also the owners would do so much better with acknowledging their loyal customers, the owners never have w me as they are quite stoic and unfriendly.
Lastly, they should treat their employees better as these girls are wonderful, especially Sandra and my new favorites Monce.

Clothing store for women and young women. Seven day return policy and they must have the original tags. Sizes range from small to large. Wife was hesitant about finding tank tops/spaghetti straps/under shirts but she found some.

A lot of nice looking blouses, shirts, skirts, pants, and tops. Wife has a large bust, thus the blouses she likes don't fit. Maybe if they had the size extra large their market would grow (hint hint). The large size of the undershirts for just right for wife.

I have been shopping at happiness since I was a teen (long time) and never had a issue until today. I purchased a dress.got home and it was ripped so I took back dress but apparently dresses are final sale (never mentioned at time of purchase) so now I spent $20.00 for an item that I can never use, I left the dress there since its useless to me, its unfortunate i really liked shopping here

They have a good selection of clothing a little more dressy, and a selection of sporty stuff.. but if you need help good luck lol staff is a bit stiff they just wanna be folding clothing or day dreaming.
