Went in to get a fill on large stilettos. I was missing 2 nails on one hand and was aware I’d have to pay for the fix which I didn’t care. So I showed the lady (she sits in the third seat to the right as you walk in) a picture of the nails I wanted which were medium nude with silver lining and somewhat thick glitter. She said she could do it and to sit down I asked her if I needed to check in and she was like “ok” and pointed to the counter so I had to go figure that out myself. After I check in I go sit down and she starts filing the top layer of my nails, the usual. Then she stops and is like “I need to replace these two” (no eye contact at all) says she has to replace two of my nails on the opposite hand because they’re “lifting”. I looked closer thinking maybe I just didn’t notice it before I had came but no they were tight and snug still, no lift on any corner or sides of either. So I told her like what do you mean show me. She grabs a plastic nail from the table next to her and shoves it between my nail to where it literally popped off I had to yank my hand from her because it hurt so bad and I yelled at her like wtf is your problem you just did that. She goes (with no eye contact) “ I will just charge you for the fill”. At this point I’m pissed and irritated I just wanted to get up and leave but I had to work in the next couple hours and didn’t want to have my nails looking worse than what they did. She finally gets new nails on and finishes the fill and fixing the others, immediately I knew they didn’t look right at all and kept having to point things out for her as she was doing my nails. They were so uneven sloppy and the silver lining was so ass they literally didn’t match. Coming up the the end she shoves her nail under mine making me bleed. So I stopped and went to wash my hands, the manager came up to me asking if something was wrong which I wasn’t surprised bc I looked mad. So I told her what had happened and I wasn’t satisfied at all, she said to come back whenever I could and she could fix the paint for me. I went back and she did alright trying her best to cover up her employees mistakes but honestly I deserved a full set after that bs. Never ever ever ever ever again. Don’t go here, I wish I seen the reviews first. ? They need to just close down already. ?

First time customer. I'd give this place a negative 0 if I could. I arrived at 2:20 PM today (11/23/24) for my 3:00 PM facial appointment. The lady didn't instruct me to check in; I had to ask her. After a 20-minute wait, she told me to wait. When my appointment time passed, I asked how much longer. She said she was still attending to her other customer. After waiting another 30 minutes without any update, I left. It was a waste of time, and I wouldn't recommend this place. HORRIBLE customer service.

After that last horrible experience in Detroit in green field this Cali love at happiness nails was what I needed to feel great French manicure hands and feet regular paint 100 my second visit was even better then the first loving this environment and this full set is fire I’m happy

Went in to get eyebrow wax. Was told to wait in a chair. No problem waited 20 min when the lady came to do me. I simply told her I have sensitive skin. Can she do it in small sections? Not to rip big sections. She stared at me for what felt like forever. So I asked her, "Do you understand?" Then she said yes and walked away from me without saying anything? And when I looked, she was on the other side of the salon, doing somebody else's nails. I just walked out.She didn't even acknowledge me.

Haven’t been to Happiness Nail Spa in a long time because I feel the service has gone down hill. My other nail place was closed so I went in. My feet are in pain. I was bleeding from three toes. She was ripping my skin off roughly. I have never left any place with my feet feeling bad after a pedicure. The color is sloppy. I am now officially never going back. I gave a good tip because I used to work for tips. I regret it.

Being from out of town it's difficult to find a good nail salon. The other one in this shopping center phone # wasn't working so I called this place. Very nice over the phone so grabbed an Uber over here. At first things seemed ok other than the limited understanding of English!!! I asked for red chrome polish and they said they could accommodate. I've never done chrome so didn't know what to expect. They use a powder that is wiped/polished over the colored polish. They had difficulty getting it to look good, about an 1 1/2 total on just the chrome. I would have been ok with it if it had turned out looking good. However, my cuticles look horrible. They said they cleaned it up and it looked great to them. Their lack of understanding English made it difficult for me to explain I thought the cuticles looked horrible. See for yourselves in the pictures. Daylight set is next day. I was hoping it would wash off in shower but no luck ?

I am very happy with our service. Hubby got Tina for a pedi, and I got Katy for a mani with gel nails and art. Hubby was so happy he said this is our go-to place. I agree, Katy was quit but perfect. She worked with me on my nail design. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable.
