Decent prices on decent stuff. You can pay more, but will you really get more? Sometimes, sure. Most of the time their stuff is just fine. The people are nice that work there and the place is clean and easy to shop. They even have a nice bathroom!

Relatively new location that seems to be managed properly. Clean, organized and well stocked store. Every team member I have dealt with has been courteous and helpful. They all deserve recognition!! Keep it up guys and gals!!!

Nice store, organized well. Only issue is that some employees don't know anything about tools. In my opinion and this goes for any store for that matter, employees should know a little something about the products sold in the store. I'm not talking about every single tool but have a general idea about the common tools screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches etc.

Always a great experience at Harbor Freight in Hamilton, AL! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Working in customer relations myself, I know how difficult it can be, so kudos to those wonderful people there. On to the products!

The Hercules line of tools is extremely impressive! I need all of the different attachments for that incredible 5.0amp Hercules battery, haha. For now I just have the Hercules impact and 2.5amp battery but I love it dearly. The rest of the Hercules tools look equally awesome, and I will own them one day for sure!

For some reason the Hercules flex bit is still not in stock and it's been over a month, but they do have other options for getting screws into tight places, so I wouldn't take a star for just not having exactly what I wanted. Beyond that I've always found exactly what I needed there. Keep it up H.F., you're the best!
