Stopped here to get some souvenirs from our stay in Bodega Bay looking to only buy a shot glass. Well I ended up buying the most eye catching Fire Fly earrings as well as turquoise rain drop earrings. I also got a wonderful bracelet with a green glass piece on it for everyday use. I am happy and in love with my purchases there. Really the fire fly earrings are beautiful and the sparkle under a light. The woman who attended to us was a joy to talk to.

While this store seems to have a decent selection of souvenirs/collectibles, this is dampened by the poor guest service. As soon as we walked in, a lady appeared at the counter and greeted us. However, the ENTIRE time we were perusing the store, she stood there staring directly at us, watching our every move- even repositioning herself to watch us as we went into the other room in the store. She didn't even try to look busy- she just stood there staring dead at us. It was an odd experience. Clearly, she thought we were going to shoplift. I understand trying to keep your business safe, however she had no reason to be suspicious of us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I will start with why they get 2 stars. The Woman with dark hair in her 50's working 4th of July weekend gave us a very uncomfortable feeling the moment we walked in the store. Did not greet us and the store was nearly empty. Instead she acted as if we were shoplifting. We didn't say a word about her rudeness and purchased over $100 worth of goods. The harassment is uncalled for and uncomfortable.we were there to have a good time with our son and choose not to let her ruin our time with her "KAREN" like behavior. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!

I’ve never reviewed a vacation gift shop before, so the fact that I am should tell you something. The options were really good, it was stuffed to the brim but well organized and displayed, and the owner was kind and chatty (in a good way). She used recycled paper bags and tissue wrap for our items, which added to the charm and I appreciated it. Overall, just a great experience!

Cute little shop located right on the harbor. Easy parking and they have a good assortment of kitsch, nick knacks, and various trinkets! From salt water taffy, to t-shirts, to figures and postcards, they'll probably have something you'll like. It was great to see that the shop owner was taking Covid precautions very seriously, keeping both the patrons and the staff safe.
