I was looking for someone to install a dash cam for my mom and found this company online. My mom said they were nice, did a great job on the install, finished quicker than the stated time, and the price was great. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a dash cam installed. Thanks for taking care of my mom!!

Wow Best customer service I have experience in Albany Georgia since arriving from Florida.
Brandon opened door earlier when he saw me waiting outside.
I needed my dash cam wiring corrected because I had tried but well was wrong, lol
So Brandon him self took my Jeep out to garage well 15 minutes later bring my jeep back said see if it's working the way you like.
And yes working great he cleaned up my wiring mess that you can't tell if it came from factory how the detail he takes upon him self doing his work ,price outstanding and very affordable.

They do a damn good job. Reasonable pricing. The owner Brandon is very knowledgeable. The other employees are also. I had a issue with one of my speakers not working and someone came out and explained everything to me. They end up getting my system running with a different speaker. I wish i could give 10 stars!!!!

Had a early appointment
Soon as the doors opened we were pulled into the garage and was instructed to the waiting room...minutes later we were done ...great service in a timely manner 👍🏾👍🏾

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with professionalism. I had a 0930 appointment and there was absolutely no wait. My display screen cost me a fraction of what the dealer was asking. It was such a great price that I drove from Grovetown to Albany which is almost 4 hours away. Please try this business for any of your audio needs!!!!!!!!

Brandon really knows his stuff when it comes to car audio. Me and my husband had serious problems every time we connected with Bluetooth after a short period of time, we could not hear a thing. So, we took it to Brandon (HardTimes Audio) and he knew what it was immediately got us fixed up and off we went with no problems haven't had any since. When it comes to audio this is the place to go. They have a customer for life.

I went to this establishment and had my system installed and was provided a year's warranty. Within a weeks time of the install the Amp started frying. I took my car back four times on different occasions to be corrected and the amp continued to malfunction! Initially I was pleased with the services but after the malfunctioning started occuring and persisted without resolve.......
I have to unfortunately give this company 1 star! The problem is now solved but I would not recommend this business. Although different strokes for different folk, it just wasn't a good experience for me sorry!
