I simply cannot express the rudeness I just witnessed. I placed an order for my mom’s Christmas present on December 15. Their website said any orders placed on or before December 15 could arrive by Christmas day. Needless to say, the present still isn’t here so I called to check in on it because oh? need I mention that they never even sent me a confirmation email after the order was placed. Anyway, they go on to tell me that the order was just ā€œin limboā€ and never sent to a warehouse so they just wanted to cancel it and return my money. Now, my mom REALLY wanted these boots so I ask them if they can just ship them out today and have them in the next couple of days. NOPE. I finally tell them that their system malfunction and ā€œlimboā€ warehouse was not my problem, but these boots not being here for Christmas is now my problem. I just want the freaking boots. They then tell me that there’s no way they can do this and they weren’t Nordstrom Rack so sorry for the confusion but their systems aren’t the same. Robert, the supervisor, then proceeds to tell me that ā€œBy the way, standard shipping might be 5-7 business days but it takes our company 6-9 days to process the order first then 5-7 days to ship it.ā€ I mean the ā€œcustomer service managerā€ seriously wanted to argue with me about shipping times at the very end. What did he want? To be right about his company being even worse than I originally thought? It’s laughable yet infuriating. Thanks for ruining Christmas, Hautelook. Hope you guys are out of business by the new year and save everyone who might be tricked into buying from you a lot of headaches and time šŸ™‚

I placed an order I never got a confirmation for so I called to check on it. This was for the big Christmas present for my mom. They tell me they got the order but never sent it because it was ā€œstuck in limbo.ā€ I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was just going to refund me - sorry about not getting your Christmas present to your mom. He continued on with such rudeness - interrupting me, talking loudly at me, calling me Blake instead of my first name Cameron which I clarified for him, etc. I will never be ordering from this company again and in fact am disappointed in Nordstrom Rack for even thinking of doing business with this company.

Nordstrom online shopping sucks! I’ve ordered online and was charged on my debit and Nordstrom note was taken away. I called customer care and was told that I will be refunded after 7 days. I’ve ordered on the same day and after 5 hours they cancelled my order because they didn’t update the system. Then I went back to see if I can order the same item again. Nordstrom online is allowing me to order again, so I called the customer care to be sure that the item is still available and she said that it’s sold out ? So if I didn’t call I will get charged again? and then be refunded again after 7 days? How many other shoppers have the same experience? This needs to be looked at by corporate. This looks like an online fraud in my opinion. This sucks I was looking forward in receiving my item. I am So disappointed !!!

I ordered a rug for my new apartment that I was very excited about. I good 8 weeks to ship but that is OK- I was willing to wait. When it never showed up, I contacted customer service and they said that they didn't have enough in stock to fill my order and had refunded the money to my credit card. No notification was ever sent. I had just been waiting for it to arrive. Really disappointed. This was my first and last order with the company.

I placed an order on the 6/6/12 and minutes after receiving an electronic invoice I email their customer service reps and tell them that I shipped it to the wrong address and they did not get back to me till 2 weeks later (6/19/2012). The email had very ambiguous directions as to how I could change the shipping address so I would get my package so I decided to speak to a rep online. When I told the rep what had happened she said "sorry we cannot re-route the package bc it's already en route." Well duh its en route, its been over 2 weeks that i placed the order!!!! The turn around time from their customer service people is of lowwwww quality! Never shopping with them again.

I have called customer service 2 days in a row looking to edit an order because I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and before it processes I would like to change the size my point is!!!!! No one is picking up and I have been calling within the time of business...not a happy customer šŸ˜’ BTW I've been on this call attempting to try and get customer service rep for 35 minutes.....
