Driving through this quaint little town of Winter Haven and glad we stopped here for coffee and to have our leftovers from Thanksgiving that they graciously allowed us to have. Very friendly service and we loved hearing about their passion for coffee. They do everything in house. If you are in the area, definitely stop by. We loved the coffee so much we bought some ground coffee to make at home. Highly recommend this delicious coffee.

I've visited this place a few times, hoping to be proven wrong about my initial impressions. However, each visit has felt uncomfortable. I don’t want to resort to playing the race card, but I've noticed that they treat people with lighter skin noticeably better than those with darker skin. I thought we had moved past this kind of behavior.

One of the best chai lattes I've ever had, they mix the spices in-house rather than using a commercial concentrate.
Their coffee was really good too, of the 4 I had 0 were bitter / burnt / sour.
10/10 will be back when we visit Winter Haven again

I always come to this spot 3 to 4 times, take out 3 to 5 drinks each time is like 140 tp 180 in coffee,, today my teen daughter imvited me a coffee apparently they got upset because she left no tip or something,, (i always leave a tip, shes a tewn and believed tip were only for actual service) we got our lattes mixed up and she went back to see if they coud add ice to mine .. not to say they have her gaces and a bad customer service and no ice ! . Not sure if i want to keep coming here .. my other daughter dropped her coffee due to the lids the holes where shut closed too ..horrible lids.

Had a wonderful experience today grabbing some quick coffee on my way home. Staff was polite and helpful. I got the double chocolate muffin which was amaze balls and the strawberry shortcake latte was exactly what I needed- not too sweet with a delicious espresso aftertaste. Will definitely be going back!

I did not visit the cafe but I did order 5 lb of the Colombian medium roast and it is absolutely delicious. It is everything that I wanted in a cup of coffee. The flavor notes are excellent. I would highly recommend anybody who enjoys a good cup of coffee try their coffee beans.

When I first walked in, I thought to myself that this could be a new place that I could come with my family since they have a kids latte with just whipped cream milk and any syrup they choose, which I thought was awesome until I picked up an order and as I’m walking out both of the two younger women in the front Were talking crap about another employee, and I just thought that was extremely unprofessional. To which it would also make me feel like they talk about their customers and that way as well if they can talk about another employee that way.

A friend had told us about Haven Coffee recently, so we decided to take a road trip from Orlando to check it out on Easter Monday as something different to do.

The espresso was excellent! I'm not normally big on the trend towards fruitier espressos, but this was very balanced and really very enjoyable to sip. It didn't even NEED sugar, but a little sugar made it even better.

I'm already looking forward to the next time, and given I also really enjoyed my Cappuccino and can't decide between just one or the other, I'll just have to deal with the big caffeine hit of 2 double espressos and get both again.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lavender latte, lovely flavor, right sweetness, balanced, not overwhelming or cloying.

Bonus points for ceramic cups! It's been over a decade since I actually sat in at a shop and had something other than paper cups.

Great staff, friendly service, nice location, easy parking, pleasant outdoor seating, relaxed, unpretentious, and really good coffee. Thanks y'all!
