It is so easy to schedule service for my Buick at Hayes of Baldwin. It's easy in and out for service with very knowledgeable service department employees. They also send texts during service so you know what's going on while you are waiting. The service department also takes all coupons that you may have and gives you the best discounts possible for your service charges. Very comfortable waiting area with a convenient restroom and water fountains available for use.
