It is day one of my menstruation and I was searching for dark chocolate options— though they did not have what I was looking for the staff was pleasant and did their best to assist me.
Recommendation to owner/manager: investigate what best supports women’s health and I (+ others) will be back : )

I stop there several times per week to buy their milkshakes that they make from whatever flavor of ice cream they scoop right in front of you. You can even blend two flavors. Every employee I deal with is fast, friendly, and courteous. I also sometimes purchase some of their other products. I like the fact that they’re locally owned.

I can’t remember when I started coming here but it’s been a long while and I just have to say that this place has the best ice cream, milkshakes, and frozen yogurt in bainbridge. Their customer service is also absolutely fantastic, I drive up to the window and before I can even get a word out of my mouth Seth just hands me my small chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake… (perfect). And don’t even get me started on Mrs. Tina she is so hardworking and passionate with everything she does, her and Seth alike, well If you want amazing customer service as well as ice cream, or even health products this is the place, you can’t go wrong. 😉

I’ve been buying yogurt from this place for years. They always know what I order. When the drive-through is long they come out the back door and take care of me. As for as Don the owner you couldn’t meet a nicer guy. If you have a bad experience here just come inside and see Don if it is legit he will make it right. Highly recommend.

I come here often to get smoothies, but when I asked for extra nuts in my smoothie, I was told the blender is already washed and this isn’t Dairy Queen. So I will not return to this establishment. Poor customer service and I usually shop here for flax seeds and oils. I will never come here again. Lost a customer!

Awesome ice cream and frozen yogurt, and great costumer service, been coming here for years, and they can make smoothies and milkshakes out of any of there icecreams. Would definitely recommend!!
