Not only a great selection of products, but the customer service during and after the purchase and installation was outstanding!! They kept us informed along the way of timeframe to receive our fireplace and installation. They always made it convenient for us (the customer) and let me say the guys that came out to do the install were amazing! Not only professional, Courteous, nice, they took their time and explained exactly how to use the fireplace , asked if I had questions and then said if you ever have issues just call and we will walk you through to trouble shoot or if needed we will come out and take a look. Whatever the case may be or whatever may arise if issues Todd and Tammy will make it right for their customers! They were amazing to do business with and have a customer for life! I had an old wood burning fireplace converted to gas 15 years ago and finally decided it was time to get a 'log set'. I wanted something contemporary. Brittany at Hearth & Fireplace Creations was awesome. She knew just what to order and helped with the glass selections as well. I am so pleased. It looks better than expected. Even my husband said it looked better than he would have ever expected!

Brittany recommended installation by Daniel Price Gas (Dan THE Gas Man) who did a great job as well. Love it when a plan works out and everyone provides excellent service. Thanks so much for all your help! I'll definitely be back when its time for the fireplace installation on the patio next year. 🙂

As their installers filtered in and out of the showroom, they patiently answered our questions too. overall it was a great experience. we are confident in our choice. we highly recommend this store.

I made a shot-in-the-dark call with a stupid question about removing the residue on the glass of a gas fireplace in a home that I’m renting and these folks were very helpful on the telephone. When I stopped in they were even more so. They took the time to explain how to use the product and treated us as if we were spending far more than the $10 cost of the product. Super friendly!

It's easy and cost-effective to change that old, inefficient masonry fireplace into a clean-burning, heat-producing fireplace by running gas into the fireplace and installing vent-free gas logs that will efficiently heat your home". This is an exact quote taken from their website. I went in to discuss replacing an existing set of gas logs and was rudely informed that they DON'T do that type of work.
