This place is for a great cause. Workers were friendly and prices were very reasonable. I got a pair of sandal, a shirt, and 24 baby items (shirts, onsies, & pants) all for $15. 3 items even had tags.

Normally we love shopping at this thrift store. However, this last time we went there were no prices listed for the items in the store. The only prices we could find were listed on a paper located at the front store window.

Once we went to the register to pay for the items we found, the store employee started ringing up different prices listed from the paper on the front window. We asked her to clarify the prices for each item, she gave very different prices than what was posted on the window. We pointed that out to her and she then acted as if she only spoke Spanish and couldn’t understand what we were saying, even though she had been speaking and following along in our English conversation only moments earlier. I asked her to honor the only prices that were listed in the store from the front window since we couldn’t find any other prices listed elsewhere. She said no and pulled out a piece of paper with old prices from 2023. She then started ringing up the prices from the old paper instead of the prices she gave us verbatim earlier in the conversation. When we pointed out that price difference, she just stopped acknowledging us all together and tried to hurry and finish the transaction.

Before the transaction was over the owner who speaks English came to the register and spoke in Spanish to the employee telling her to tell us that she wouldn’t honor the prices listed since it’s Tuesday.

The store needs to be more upfront with their pricing and have the prices listed in the store. Even then, the employees need to stop making up their own prices for items. Very unprofessional situation with the owner and employee today. Sad to experience this type of treatment when it’s customers like us who the store relies on to keep its doors open.

I just happened to stop in on my lunch break. Didnt think i would find a wedding dress there but today I found a beautiful one. And it didnt cost much. Dress still had tags on it so I purchased the dress, bouquet and veil all for 70$ 🥰❤️ very happy

I enjoy buying my cloths, shoes and jackets at Heart's Desire Thrift Store ! The store is clean and the environment is welcoming ! All my questions are answered with a smile and kindness and if I cant find what I'm looking for , I am shown other options . I have shopped here many times and will continue to in the future !

Ive been a regular for some years now and i love shopping here both furniture and clothing shop 🙂 staff is super nice !!! Love their prices only gonna do 4 stars because the dressing room smells of feet lol thats all though:)

I love to shop there, but the listed hours are not accurate. I drove from a neighboring town to shop the kids clothes, only to find that the part of the shop where the kids clothes are closes at 3 instead of 5. Correct that in your hours and I'll give 5 stars!
