I own a 2012 Toyota Tundra that is used for in town snow travel. Although it is over 12 years old it spends most of the time in a garage and has approximately 32K miles. I wanted to bring the fluid maintenance work up to speed based on age, obviously not on miles. Heath's was one of three quotes I received to accomplish a drain and replace (DAR) or flush of the following mechanical components.
Auto Trans System, Transfer Case, both Front and Rear Differentials, Braking system, Power Steering, engine oil, and Cooling System.
Although they were NOT the cheapest of the estimates -- I choose them for their professionalism, customer interaction, positive reviews from other customers, and my overall impression of their trustworthiness to do a great job. My truck is in pristine condition and looks new, and I wanted the mechanical condition to match its outward appearance. Although it has been only a few days, I was impressed. I inspected all their work and everything looks good and like I requested. I appreciated the note in the vehicle about adjusting the seat. The final cost was spot on minus the credit they gave me for the coupon I brought in. Overall it was a very good experience!. I would highly recommend them!!

Traveling from Washing ton State to Phoenix, I was having truck issues. I had already stopped at another shop 3 days prior by Death Valley. I asked Heath's for help as I needed to be on the road asap. They got me right in, communicated with my husband back home, had shuttle for myself & daughter to/from our hotel. Everyone was wonderful/polite, right down to the shuttle drivers. My truck has been running great, as I've ran all the way down to Tucson and now in Utah headed home. They are amazing. I greatly appreciate all they did.

Took my Expedition in to Heath's because the brakes were squeaking. They found that the differential was leaking and dry, my brake pads almost done (front), and my oil pan had a hole. They fixed all this up in a quickness and got me back on the road. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work, integrity, and professionalism of this mechanic shop. I am so thankful for the great service I received at Heath’s in Flagstaff. I was stranded when my serpentine belt broke while I was camping. Heath’s got me right in, fixed the issue, checked out the rest of the vehicle for me, and had me back on in the road the same day, They were friendly and efficient, and their waiting room was a clean and comfortable place for me to spend the day while I waited.
I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Our windshield wiper stopped working on the way to SLC so we called Heaths and they got us right in. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes and charged us a super fair price. They also topped off our windshield wiper fluid and made sure then nuts on the other wiper were tight. The shop is very clean and the staff is very very friendly. They have complimentary soft drinks, water and coffee.

Exceptional service and very fair prices. Great sense of humor as well!

I booked the appointment on Tuesday for Friday and unfortunately they didn’t have me on the calendar when I showed up. They received me graciously and didn’t mention that I wasn’t in the books until I picked my car up, so to them, they were doing me a favor, which was nice. They are kind and trustworthy. My Toyota’s protection plan expires in April and I plan to use Heath’s exclusively. They also treat my daughter right and she’s the one who referred me to them. The guys aren’t super smiley at the counter, but they’re good people.
