My wife likes this store and has bought a lot of clothes here over the last year. I purchased a shirt for her as a surprise while she was away on a business trip. She came back, and the shirt was the wrong size. I took it back to the store only to find out they would not let me exchange it, even though I was also going to purchase an additional shirt with the exchange. I had the original bag, and the label is still attached.

Look, I want to support local businesses, but you have to meet paying customers halfway sometimes. I asked the owner or manager to call me to see if we could work something out. I have not received a call yet.

Nobody wins here. You lose all future sales with my family over a simple request that would cost you nothing, and I am stuck with a useless shirt that I guess I will make a shop rag out of. You have to at least meet or exceed larger chain store customer experiences to compete with them.

Reasonable customers should not feel cheated when they leave a store, and due to this, I can not recommend this store.

Wonderful customer service. Unique inventory. They also give you a punch card with 15 spots on it. For every $20 you spend you get a punch. When the card is full you get $20.00 off your next purchase. Great place to find unique clothing and jewelry.
