The people are nice, but the hay is dirty more times than not (silt and sand). I’ve had to wash it before feeding it. Charge us to use a credit card. Hay delivery fee is high even if you don’t live far. I’ve stopped buying from them.

absolutely the best feed store I've been to. And very resourceful. If he didn't have it, he could get it in a couple of hours. Nice organized store and clean. Thank you for helping me out. Amazing i had to drive out of Bakersfield to get the better service.

Customer Services is great. Greeting as soon as u walk in. Workers are very professional and very helpful if you need it. In and out. Inventory is always available.

I think they have really good hay. But you have to be careful, they do not train their staff to respect your truck. Do NOT back up to a stack that is not a decent height. Saturday they dropped a bale of hay from a very tall stack and now I do not have use of my tailgate. If you count to cost of my tailgate, the price of the hay is astronomical.

If you're looking for specific items for your horse, dog, chicken(s) or parrot, this is a great local resource! While their selection isn't vast, their feed supply is abundant. Customer service was fantastic and they even loaded all the heavy items in our truck for us. Hemme Hay & Feed made our chicken coop errand quick and easy. We'll be going back.
