I moved into a new home in Holly Springs to discover there was no hot water. No mention of that in the home inspection report, but that's a review for another day. I searched the Cherokee Connect Facebook Group and found lots of love for Heritage Plumbing Inc, in the Ball Ground. I cold called them and got the kindest lady on the phone. She offered a couple of self trouble shooting tips to identify the problem and then scheduled a technician for the afternoon.

Tony arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Further, he taught me HOW he diagnosed the problem and in so doing, taught me a lot about how my system works. He quoted solutions in terms of Best and Acceptable. He quoted a price range for the BEST solution, which generally means take the top number as the actual quote. I accepted and he went right at it. Ninety-minutes later, I had hot water throughout the home an the final bill was in line with the low water mark of the estimate!!!!!

Tony was honest, dependable, respectful to my home and wife and did precisely what he said he could!! I will use Heritage Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Heritage Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our broken water heater pipe and getting our water back up and running. They went above and beyond by identifying other liabilities with the pipes around the water heater and replacing them as well. They are honest, professional, and cut no corners. Tony came out and did the installation of my water heater today. He was extremely nice. He was also very good at explaining everything to me. The work he did was immaculate. This TEAM is made up of honest hard working people! I cannot be more thankful. I had a quote from a different company that wanted to replace up to $1900 in repairs to my water heater and bathrooms. ( they said it would take 4 hours to complete the job) I had them turn off all water to my house. Heritage came out the next day on a Saturday morning and did the work in about a hour for $535. I truly appreciate everything they did and their honesty. I needed 2 parts a tpv valve and a expansion tank replacement. Tony is a very hard worker. Victor is a great manager who told me on the phone what his prices would be compared to the first guy. Tony decided to test drive the tpv valve before anything else to see if it would resolve the issue.
You will be my go to plumbers for now on!! I will be forever grateful. I will definitely be referring you and your company. You are super stars and have my customer loyalty for life!
