Had an awesome experience at the Austin Herman Miller store! Me and my husband were just visiting from Dallas and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad we did. We already have a Steelcase chair at home, so we were curious to see how Herman Miller compared. We’d actually been to the Dallas store twice before but didn’t get any help. Completely different experience in Austin, and Nolan was fantastic. He’s not pushy at all, just really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He showed us all the chair features, explained how they worked, and gave thoughtful recommendations based on our body types and how we sit. We ended up picking one Aeron each that fit us perfectly.

It’s hard to find someone that helpful and well-informed these days. The store manager Linda was also very sweet and welcoming. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

I don't live locally, so I had to ask all of my questions via phone and email. I received the best customer service experience of my lifetime while dealing with Lynda who is the General Manager of the Herman Miller Austin Lamar Store. She was absolutely excellent to deal with. She never pressured me and spent as much time as I wanted answering the many questions that I had for her. This was not a basic shopping experience, but more of a consultative process that was very much enjoyable. It's no hyperbole when I say that this was the best shopping experience that i've encountered in my lifetime!

Nolan is super helpful and makes great suggestions. They sell high-quality furniture that's also pretty stylish. And they've got a system for creating diagrams and visualizations that makes it easy to see what everything will look like in your room. It was fun to work with them for a living room refresh. I will definitely shop there again for other rooms in my house.

I've had my chair for 20 years, the seat fatigued and need to be replaced, or buy a new chair. Ryan was outstanding assisting me and providing the options to repair my chair. My expectations was to keep my Chair it's sentimental to me. Great Job !!!

Ryan and Angela were so very kind and understanding, going so far as to taking a bit more time even after hours to take care of my needs, which always takes more patience than usual. Store has awesome customer service, probably my goto to buy the next time I order something.

My experience was great! Clayton showed me the chair and all its features and I didn’t feel pressured on purchasing at that moment. I stayed in contact when I was ready to purchase and when he wasn’t available, Nolan or Lynda were available to assist. They made everything easy and my chair came in just a few days later, all I had to do was roll it out of the box!!! Thank you!!!
