Sometimes luck is on your side! I encountered Angie on my first trip to Hermes of Naples. I walked in a fan, I left devoted! Educated on the history, quality, and brilliance of the brand there was no looking back .

In jest, I’ve told Angie numerous times, “I can’t afford you!” She’s one in a million. Just ask my daughter who will spontaneously and completely unprompted exclaim, “Mom, I miss Angie!” My response, me too honey!

I guess Angie is hot and cold. Some people are raving about her but my experience with her was absolutely the opposite. Maybe she likes who she likes and can’t be bothered with others. My husband worked in luxury retail for many years and they were always trained to treat everyone equally and he said if it looked like I was going to spend more money then Angie, without a doubt, would have been a totally different person toward us. He’s been in the business and he knows her type. As soon as we walked into the store, three salespeople including Angie were huddled together and all looked at us up and down. No one offered to help us and my husband had to ask someone to look at some scarves. Angie took out a tray and I pulled it closer to me to take a look and she pulled it right back from me and said, ‘I will take them out for you.’ I ignored her behavior because frankly, I was just on a mission to make a purchase. During the whole experience she did not crack a smile and looked like she did not want to help us. I was looking forward to going to Hermes today and I’ve been to many including the ones in NY, NJ, Las Vegas and all of my previous experiences have been lovely. This experience in Naples was the worst by far.
