Paid online for a renewal sticker which reflected that I could p/u the sticker the next day and that I should recieve an e-mail
which I'm still waiting for!

Came in as a walk-in to replace my lost vehicle registration. Fast, professional, courteous service. In and put in 20 minutes. Only downfall is parking, but hopefully the construction going on there will remedy that!

I went to a website over 2 months before my driver license expired to book an appointment, and all the spots were completely full within next 3 months! And then I saw over internet that someone is selling appointment slots in a bulk , people are abusing the system , making bots and hunting for slots to resell it after. And I can’t take my kid to a doctors appointment, because my license expired. System needs to be changed, it’s a shady illegal business!

The brooksville office is located in the old court house building. I went on a weekday around noon and had to wait a very long time to accomplish my task. The people were friendly, but way too many workers who weren't assisting customers. If they were cross trained they may have been better able to reduce the wait time. Next time I will just use mail or online services.

Well-- I never thought I would be reviewing a county tag office, much less giving it five stars. My, how the world do change.

These folks are great. Very customer-centric, very good at their jobs. I most recently went in to get a "ham radio" license plate, which had some additional paperwork, and they were great. They didn't know, but they looked it up, and they made it happen.

Always best if you go in with the documentation and paperwork you need ahead of time. And you'll save a few bucks processing fee if you use a paper check instead of a debit card or credit card.

I dealt with Amy B, the finance director, and she is absolutely incredible!! She went above and beyond what any other agent at any tax collector's office has ever gone to make sure my question was answered and my issue was resolved. I always love dealing with the Hernando Co Tax Collector's office because of how nice and helpful all of the agents are there, but Amy B exceeded my already high expectations of this agency. They never pick up phone, technology is destroying everything, it was better many years ago when you spoke to a human and has made society dumb, soon all those in those work place will be replace by technology or AI no humans needed.

The staff stayed late for me. They knew I was going to be there at 5, and they didn’t complain. They just helped me and I got things done and then everybody left there was no attitude or any signs of discord
