It was a nice visit. The staff are pleasant and the store is nicely organized. The clothes are eclectic in style and colors. I did my best to find something but it was not meant to be. If you want something eye-catching, this store has it. The merchandise is in very good condition but they do not offer returns or exchanges.

I’ve been shopping here since I moved to Mobile. Hands down my favorite place to score vintage and designer pieces at accessible price points (my merino wool Dior dress for $75, case in point). Sheri is a fantastic stylist and always pulls things that she knows I’ll love and work for my aesthetic and body type. Go, and go often.

Cleaned out my closet and brought my upscale clothes here (Anthropologie, free people, Maeve, Sister Jane). The women in the store were so rude about the clothes I brought in and acted like I was a second class citizen for bringing these clothes in. I left feeling so disrespected. I will never shop here and will take my nice things elsewhere.

This store is awesome! I have the best experience and have had the pleasure of meeting the most incredible hard working ladies! Mrs .Sheri& Debbie are the best!! Emily do an amazing job of sorting items and being extremely fair about the quality of merchandise that consumers find at Herthas. I currently visited place in hopes of getting rid of some beautiful items. Mind you they’re all brand name items and brand new with stickers and tags. Only because she just buy clothes and out grow them. The service provider or whoever she was just barely looked through them and said oh we don’t sell these kind of things here, which the clothing were all nice dinner date, nice office attire etc. looked and cost more than anything I saw hanging on their racks. I think race played a huge role in her premeditated decision. And left me with a flyer saying she only accepted GG, LV, Torry Burch, etc. when the whole while I saw some clothes looking like it comes straight out of rainbow. Never again. That was the worst!!!!
