I'm here currently and Judy the lady behind the counter has been amazing to the point my 11 year old son whispered to me "5 star review" so here i am. When kids recognize good service you know the place is good.!!!

Such a cute gem we came across. Stopped in here to get some boba tea. All three of us got one, the milk with brown sugar was just ok. But other two were very good. We would for sure come back here again.
Service was friendly and fast.

The peach oolong with lychee popping boba and the honey ginger lemon black tea with lychee jelly were really good and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We have tried shen tea as well and definitely recommend Hi Tea over them if you’re debating and want an overall great leaf tea.

I visited with my wife and daughters. The service speed and cleanliness of the store were good. However, the location inside the mall doesn't seem very accessible. My wife mentioned that the prices are about $1 cheaper than other stores. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either, which was a bit disappointing. The cute duck souvenirs added a special touch to the store.

Love Thai milk tea! Clean place with kind employees. Reasonable prices too, big plus!+++ Yummy desserts like macaroons, cheesecake and cake pops too. Definitely a great place😁🧋
