You can count the number of hardware stores in a 100-mile radius (literally) on one hand. With that said, this is by far the best option. They have a decent selection of a little bit of everything, and the staff is super helpful.

Worst ace on the planet. They will steal your credit card info and cost you thousands. Never trust the employees with your personal info. They also lie about paint samples and colors, and overcharge for things that have very specific labeled prices.

The plants usually are partially dead when you go there too. After 5 years of going here and making excuses for them I’m over it. Go to the True Value in town for kind and honest service. True value also doesn’t employ petty teens who enjoy talking drama about people versus actually doing their job.

Ace high country lumber is by and far one of the best hardware/lumber yards I've worked with. Myself and some friends came in during a road trip after bumping a pole with our trailer and forcing a hole in the side. We came in and Steve (I believe he's the owner) came to our aid right away. He took a look and was slapping together a bandaid in no time at all. I can't help but be impressed with the operation at this Ace establishment, staff was all smiles and eager to help us... With or without being promoted by Steve. Overall highly satisfactory experience! I recommend this establishment for all types of needs, regular daily or dire emergencies... Steve is doing the Ace hardware name a solid service, I will definitely be checking out my local Ace back home next time I'm in need

Some workers are kind. Others act stand offish and above you. Prices are high but keep an eye out bc it's known some workers will add extra onto your items. A cleaning bottle I went for bc it was less than 2 dollars so being aware of this I noticed when the checker charged me 3.49. I didn't say anything but I've had it happen a few different times. They have some amazing dishes and many sudden hardware needs. So other than cost/charge issues, the store has a great variety and is always clean. The nice employees are great! Dishes they make are super yummy and a quick home cooked style dish or sandwich that does keep me shopping here on occasion.

I've used them both as a customer and as someone who delivers products to them. They have always given me the best customer service.
The best way to test a company in my eyes is how they treat the people who are delivering to them because they don't have to be nice or get to me in a timely manner.
I had a delivery at there Mammoth office. I misunderstood which office was open at the time I needed. So Mammoth was closed early on Saturday and wouldn't open again till Monday. I called them they told me to go to bishop and got me out. So I could go home and see the family.
