High Desert Plaza is a very nice medical facility, since the beginning as soon you enter they check your temperature, making sure that you don't have any Covid-19 symptoms, all of them wearing masks, gloves, face shields and gowns, the entrance is on the side of the building by Urgent Care and they were very nice, polite and professional, give us directions where to go, I went for a treatment by Urgent Care and the admittance was very smoothly and fast, by the treatment section all the personnel were very helpful, explaining all the process and making sure that I feel comfortable, it was a wonderful experience, no complaints added 🙂👍

Well if you decide to donate plasma and it's an option I would go to a different one then the one here, Not all but most of the nurses are rude and not helpful at all.Its also very loud and if they call your name and don't hear them they push you to the back of the line I waited 2 hours past my appointment and when I asked when I was going to be seen She said they already called me so now I have to wait at least another hour before being seen.I guess with No competition why care what the client needs ,That's the feeling they give off..

I had a tooth infection. Couldn't get in to see my doctor. His office told me to go to Urgent Care at the same facility. Unbelievable how fast I was in and out. I asked for a shot and got it, plus a prescription for oral pills course just to be sure. Why the infection? I'm deathly afraid of the dentist 😂

Urgent care was amazing! I walked right in and was checked in immediately. No line. I loved the atmosphere of departments with everything labeled. I was never lost looking for the office. Front dest ladies saw me, waved me over, and helped me professionally and respectfully. Will visit again someday, if needed.

HDMG is not what it uses to be. Patient care has gone away. Takes 15 working days to get results of a broken hand or leg. Takes two weeks to get results of a test. We needed to call and light a fire under their butts to get anything done. It is all about the money ? I'm asking. What up. Health care has gone away. Stay away.

You really have to have all your papers in order your recent mailing address ID and and original social security card to get anything done there. If you're a transfer from out of state you are not eligible for the $100. They find a lot of ways not to give you the $100. The reading room is not as large as expected it gets crowded really easy and very fast. Make sure to bring a mask.

There are many different shops in here from Auto parts to second-hand clothes and stuff like that also there's a nice little cafe and I do see some type of a church in the.
