The Highlands Viera West is one of the most wonderful properties to live at in Viera. Aaron Rucker has been the manager here for a little over a year and has made outstanding changes and upgrades to the property. Aaron and his staff are outstanding when it comes to listening to your issues and making sure you are satisfied and comfortable with your apartment home. When Aaron and his office staff say what ever you need let them know, they mean it.

The grounds are exceptionally kept clean and that truly will make your prestige feel good especially when you have visitors come by. I cant forget the maintenance staff because they bust their tails all day long to keep the residents happy and satisfied so I call them our winning team.

What I really like is the hands on communication with the management staff always being available for your needs even just general conversation they make time to make you feel like you are in a family atmosphere.

Aaron and the office staff sends out proper emails to let you know anything that is being conducted on the grounds so you have time to move your vehicle for Palm Tree trimming and something as simple as roof cleaning.

Our pool area is always a wonderful choice to kick back and enjoy the Florida Space Coast Sunshine.

Aaron always let the maintenance staff know of anything that needs attending to at the pool area and the grill area also. I have also watched Aaron come out his office to attend to getting more propane just so over the weekend we are able to cook without problems.

Every so often Aaron and the team show the tenants appreciation by having food at the club house in the evenings. The office closes at 6:00pm but Aaron and his wonderful staff still be entertaining us as valued residents until 9:00pm-10:00pm. To me that is what I call a championship team.

The doggy park is a great place for you to let your dog blow off some steam and stretch out. I have been here 2.5 years and there is so many more wonderful things I can say but if you want the proof just come to Viera Highlands and see what Vacationing at home feels like and that is mainly because of the comfortable environment and experience the staff gives the tenants here at Highlands Viera West.

Come on stop by the office, give it a try and meet the rest of us that sit at the luxurious pool. I promise you will never need to visit a resort again!!

As always, the staff and maintenance crew always responds to repair or maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. I'm am so pleased with their diligence. A special 'Thank You' to a specific maintenance staffer (Cliff) who quickly identified and fixed an issue with my refrigerator. Well done!

Cliff and Eric, coming to the rescue again!!! What a great team to have on your side. Every time I have a concern that needs attention, the team in the front office, Aaron, Sandra, and Jaden, are amazing to work with. The kindness and generosity exceed expectations, and I can always depend on them and their team. We were having an issue with our ice machine not making ice. After reaching out to the front office Eric came shortly afterwards and fixed the ice maker. Our family uses ice regularly so it was a pleasure to have him come by and make the repair. Eric is always someone we can rely on when it comes to making the adjustments needed here in our home, thanks Eric!!!!!!

I have been a resident here, since Sept.
I want to thank 'My Three Angels in the Highlands Viera West' for the wonderful act of humanity.
My wonderful angels are Aaron, the general manager, Cliff, and Erik in mantainance.

I came home after having surgery and rehab. I was OK to drive, but I could NOT lift any bags.
I didn't realize that the elevator was out for repairs.

So, I went to the office and asked Aaron if he had someone who could help me to bring my bags and walker upstairs.

Aaron looked at me, noticed that I needed help.

So, a half hour later, there were 'my angels knocking on my door'. Each one was carrying my bags or my walker.
I was so grateful!

I call it humanitarian management. I call it compassion for your residents.

I moved here recently, and my experience has been a positive one. The office team, Aaron, Sandra, Brianna and Eric are professional and friendly.
I want to give kudos to Cliff and Eric for their good work fixing things in my apartment. There was an issue with the water heater and garbage disposal. They came by, and fixed the problem.
Then, I asked about the refrigerator filter, because the light was red. Oh my goodness, the team worked hard to replace the filter, because there was a minor issue fitting the new filter.
I have high expectations for my living place. I also think it is important to Akowledge when the building management and the mantainance team does a good job. Thank you!

Brianna was extremely helpful in communicating the process and helping to facilitate all necessary documents. Both a business manager and community manager were excellent in creating a proper environment. The process was smooth, and peaceful I highly recommend the property.

I moved in June 1st 2023 from Denver and have had such a delightful experience thus far. Management is great! They answer all my questions and are very nice. The homes are beautiful as well as the exterior of the community, thank you maintenance for the upkeep of the grounds...job well done! Looking forward to longevity with Highlands Viera West. ☺️..... Fast-forward to Dec. Of 2024 and my previous review has gone from 5 stars down to 3. Maintenance DOES prioritize the groundwork as should HOWEVER, work orders for the home should also be just as important as what potential tenants see prior to actual move in.
