VERY RUDE treatment by cashier. I'm updating my review because I was treated very rudely by the cashier/ proprieter. I got gas and purchased a car wash at the pump using the only card I've used for over a year. I got in line while a white truck finished in the car wash, and then I put my code in the keypad. The display is unreadable, so I entered it carefully. The light was green even before the truck drove out. I went in slowly and stopped when instructed. The device started from the rear and sprayed water once then it stopped.
I drove to the front and told the cashier what had happened. He checked something and reluctantly gave me a new code.
When I tried the new code, the keypad wasn't working. The panel and the keys were toggling and no numbers were registering.
I went back to tell him. He attempted to credit my card, but the transaction was canceled. He asked if used another card. I said no and asked if he could give me cash. He got the cash and made a remark as if I got what I wanted. I said I wanted a car wash, and he said he wouldn't sell me a car wash! In front of 5 customers, he accused me of defrauding him!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS STATION AGAIN!
This is the only gas station in the area that has a working air hose! It's a life saver. They also have a no touch car wash that works well. No lines for gas, too.
