What a fantastic stay for 9 nights over spring break. Check in was very smooth and quick. No high pressure sales pitch for vacation club presentation. We stayed in B57A which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and newly remodeled. It was very nice, clean, modern and had a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Had room service twice during the stay but could get anything refreshed anytime. Pool was used multiple times and was good. Got busy in the mid afternoon with limited seating but still some available. The store on site is a little expensive but had a couple things we forgot and was much quicker than driving to the store. All the staff we met were very nice. Used the grill 3 times and it was clean each time. The price was exceptional for what we got and will recommend anyone give it try. Uncertain how many rooms are not redone but the one we had was very nice.

I was a bit apprehensive whether this would be a good choice for our Disney world trip but I was pleasantly surprised. We loved spending time on property. It was very lively. There was lots to do with everything we needed. It was also very nice to have the full kitchen in the room. Everything was very comfortable. Trips into Disney were fast and easy. We’d definitely stay again.

This is our 4th time visiting and first time experiencing less than friendly staff. (Most of them are great)! The bartender near the turtle pool was very rude. The pool towels need to be given at the pool. We made 2 requests today for new pool towels and still did not receive them. Other requests earlier in the week were filled very quickly. Overall we love this resort!

For a Hilton Grand Vacations property, we were not impressed. Looks to be a former Diamond Resort not yet fully updated to Hilton standards. Everything looked tired and worn. Everytime we stay with HGV, we enjoy the availability of in-unit washer and dryer. The units now have a single wash/dry combo machine that takes over 3.5 hours to complete a cycle. And wash loads must be small. We gave up with 4 of us there and just washed what we could and hung up Everything to dry on hangers. Shower in primary bathroom was difficult to turn on and find the temperature. We were also annoyed with daily "seat savers" around both pools for large groups. We all shared 1 lounge chair and my husband pulled up a literal folding chair and sat. Not sure why people think it's ok, but sending a family member down to "mark spots" with a book on a chair or a random box of cheezits, or a towel was a daily frustration. We inquired with concierge who said it was first come first serve, but these people didn't show up. Just annoying. As members who pay maintenance fees annually, we just want to enjoy our hard earned money's worth. The resort is very small in comparison to others. Our room was a nice size, and we enjoy the full kitchen. Our location this time around was not the greatest, with our lanai view of the parking lot. We will not stay here again.

A budget friendly resort in good distance to all parks. The rooms were very dated, and the walls were thin between rooms. Odd setup for the one bedrooms, the kitchen was used as kitchenette and living room, leaving the pull out couch sleeper to have access to the fridge from the bed. The clientele were all very nice, kids were the minority at this resort. Overall score is based on the odd setup of rooms, dated quality and hearing neighbors as they are their cereal in the morning. The plus is quiet sliding doors from pool noise, onsite free mini golf and proximity to shops and parks.

I had an amazing experience at this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay! First and foremost, the location is absolutely beautiful. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and serene, perfect for relaxation. It’s a safe place, which made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, whether I was walking around the premises or enjoying the amenities.

The customer service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this place apart from others. Not only were they polite, but they also provided quick and efficient service, ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of promptly.

The rooms were fantastic—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided. It felt like a home away from home!

Overall, my stay was seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this place has everything you need for a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. Five stars all the way!

The hotel room was great, the soaking tub was amazing after a long day at universal, I really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen saved me a ton of money on food. I ordered the pancake breakfast from the little deli/store on property and that was really yummy. I enjoyed the early pool time hours so I could enjoy the pool without a bunch of people around. I enjoyed my stay so much, I’m coming back with my little sister this June.

The resort offered many amenities, The pool and the hot tub was great. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the size of thr rooms. The partial kitchen, dining and living area was all squeezed into one room. When we opened the sofa bed it took up the whole room. The outdoor balcony was very small as well with only room for two chairs.||The king bed was very comfy.
