I usually never have problems shopping, I tend to get the same items. I went in to this location for the first time and I was shocked . Diana the manager assisted me she seemed like she was too busy to help so when I asked for someone else’s help and also to speak to the manager I was surprised to find out Diana was the store manager. 1# Her vocabulary and disrespectful manner didn’t represent “manager” nor any time of leader. 2# She refused to pass on her superiors contact information 3# she snatched my items out of my hand .
I am a loyal H & M customer and will never return to this location because of the staff. Stay away from this location and go support the stores that are actually there to do their job and help.!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible staff but what can be expected when the store manager Tonya is rude herself. I went in to return an online order, the whole ordeal took over 10 minutes. The employee was struggling on processing the return. It was a while before an employee that was standing a few steps back of him decided to assist him. Mind you that staff member was not doing anything at the time simply just standing there. I’m not sure if she was frustrated with her colleague but the manner in which she addressed me was uncalled for. When the manager came by the register I was left talking to myself because Tonya rolled her eyes and walked away. I will definitely not be stopping this location anymore.

Bad customer service. Was trying to buy a purse and was charged more than the tag said right after my girlfriend had just bought the same exact purse for less than I was paying. The guy was rude and said he couldn't match the price which is really stupid considering it was there on the tag and on my girlfriends receipt. Should've hired better people when you opened this place.

Most Disrespectful staff ever cashier Lucio was in such a bad mood she was letting her anger out on customers i can’t believe H&M hires people like that! H&M you need to step it up and not hire ignorant childish people. The store its self is clean but your staff are ghetto And rude . after paying for my things Lucille literally just shoved my things to me and I said thank you and she just ignored me. Ewwww never going back to the ghetto H&M

worst customer service. Yesterday I saw a shirt I liked on a mannequin and I checked to see if they had any on the clothing rack.The last one that was my size the mannequin was wearing it. I asked one of the associates to bring it down and she said, “we can’t sell you the display clothing. Only the girls that change them can bring it down and they’ve left for the day. Call tomorrow morning and have them place it on hold for you.” Today I called and my call was rerouted to a customer service line. I spoke with someone and explained that I needed my call to be transferred to the store. After I described the shirt to them they finally transferred my call directly to the store. The associate said she would leave the shirt at the register in a rushed voice. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. The only reason I asked for her name is so I can say I spoke to “so and so... this morning and she placed a shirt on hold”. Honestly this store is making me go through so many hoops for a damn shirt that they could’ve sold me yesterday. Where’s the customer service here
