Very neat store with a wide array of products to meet the needs of certain hobbyists or just those looking to collect something cool or buy some stuff for entertainment. Theres items such as board games, toys, RC cars, model airplanes, and even Gundam and some anime figures. There is also weekly community meetup for different hobbies that they cater products for. Staff was friendly as well.

I’ve been shopping here for a few years now, and won’t be any longer. This place is on my boycott list now. Today 4-2-25 an older gentleman followed me around watching me at every isle. He told me I had to leave my EDC bag (firearm, money, medicine) up front if I wanted to shop. I told him I’ve never been asked this all my time shopping there. He said it was a new policy. The lack of signage saying anything like this leads me to believe I was profiled as a shoplifter. I’ll purchase my hobby supplies online from now on.

This is mainly a shop for miniatures and model kit type products. Went in to have a look around and one of the staff an older gentleman was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in giving me some recommendations on where I might look around town to find what I was searching for. The young man at the register was super friendly as well and he did an amazing job. Overall just very impressed by the staff I interacted with. Had a pleasant and memorable experience.

Really great selection of Gundam models, everything from Perfect (PG), Master (MG), and High Grade (HG) kits. Their paint selection is great, too. With the exception of airbrush primers, I've asked several times when they will bring in some for online stores, which is where you'll find those.

Of course, this store has a great selection of ready-to-run (RTR) RC cars, planes, boats, etc.
They have a great selection of puzzles and toys as well.

It’s a new day at HobbyTown! New leadership, new employees, new layout of products and so much more that I’m loving. The owner listened and implemented changes, which makes me very excited on where the shop currently is, but more importantly, where they’re going. I will definitely be visiting more often. Head on down there and experience what I’m talking about.

Wow! This place has really changed for the better recently. New manager has really changed things up! New emphasis on what the surface/air community wants stocked on the shelves. Customer service is much more of a priority for sure. Been a customer here for years and it is definitely in good hands with the new manager/employees. Oh yeah, check out there new indoor Mini-Z racetrack!

Just a fyi review, do not go here and expect good customer service, i bought a traxxas maxx with completer pack to rtr my new maxx got home and they sold me the wrong batteries, went back and i got, well you should have asked dave! In my opinion everyone in the store needs to be up to date on kits and what they include as well as what they need to be able to run the vehicle! Finally got the correct completer kit and a week later i blew a tire no big deal, went to the store today to find out that everyone acted like they did not want to help me, money isnt an issue and i wanted to get right back out there to run my 900$ total after batteries and charger rc truck and bash but dave and multiple employees could not tell me what i needed nor even try to find out what i needed to run proline belted tires, i even had the rc in the store, i planned on already spending 100’s of dollars to make my rc better but dave himself told me to comeback next week after numerous times of him not saying anything and just leaving me at the counter wondering, knowing they had what i needed to get my rc back running immediately is very frustrating. This hobbytown would make so much more revenue and make customers happier if they wernt stuck in there ways! Also i wanted to upgrade to the widebody kit but every employee including dave told me it wasn’t necessary, i dont care if the customer wants to purchase something LET THEM i will not be visiting this store anymore and will be investing in online orders! Just plan out ridiculous!

Amazing friendly clean organized store. The toy store our area needed! They have models, remote control vehicles, Legos, games, toys you name it! Great for all ages and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. There are little train tables and animal tables for kids to play at as well.
