Hotel staff were AMAZING! The overall hotel is a little older, had some dents and dings - was very clean. Pool area was nice, VERY slippery- fell getting into the pool. My own fault i was playing with my children. Would have loved a hot tub or jacuzzi- however there wasn't one. Exercise room was far from impressive; a treadmill (that didn't work) elliptical machine, and bike. Was told by staff that renovations were coming. Again the staff were amazing!

Pricing was high for quality/level of amenities. A one night stay would have been okay. Location is excellent. Beds were ok, room smelled musty. Bath tub has bubbled porcelain and broken stopper. Restaurant was empty and hidden. Cobb salad and mozzarella sticks were good taste and value. Bartender was great. Front desk clerk was nice as well. Not a vacation destination but okay for one night.

This Place is old and needs major updates. I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the room. The rug in our room was gross. There was a very damp stench in the room and the sheets were damp. The shower curtain should have been replaced, the whole surround tub should have been changed.
Pool was nice. Not heated but was not bad.
Restaurant was awful. We waited an hour for 2 eggs over easy, bacon and breakfast potatoes. Never did get it walked out after the hour. Restaurant had less than a handful of people in it. Table beside us was not happy even when they finally got their food. Gardens could use some work and it looks like there might have been a beach volleyball or activity area but wasn’t maintained.
Lots of parking.
Close to Cocoa Beach (30 mins) and shopping.
We were booked in for 3 nights but left after the second.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpet and sofa were stained and there was damage throughout and the room. To make matters worse, the toilet would not flush. They came to fix it but then afterwards it kept running. I had to submit two maintenance requests before the issue was addressed, which was both frustrating and inconvenient.

The bathroom was no better. The shower curtain was torn and barely functional, making it impossible to close completely.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a thoroughly unpleasant stay, and I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve the condition of the property.

As I have seen in other reviews . . . Our first room was horrible. It smelled like someone poured flowery carpet fresh ( I’m allergic to scents) all over to cover other odors. We were moved to another room and it was better. At least it didn’t smell. There was a crack in the tub wall that was caulked up. The curtain rod fell off. The bath mat turned black from dirty bathroom floor.

We were there for great grandson’s baseball tournament so the location was perfect. Bartender Greg, Front Desk staff Rachel and Annette were extremely accommodating as they could be. The food was amazing which we were surprised about because of poor room/building conditions. Needs to be updated. Won’t go back until it is. Not so sure I will book another IHG hotel without being able to see first.

We are Florida residents meeting in the middle of the state to spend time with family. On our trip we wanted to visit the zoo, the beach, and a park for kiddos. This was the perfect location to all of those- Rachel was superb in checking us in on separate days and still getting us on the same floor as the rest of our group. She recognized us each time we came in and always greeted us as if she was genuinely happy for our return! Also, only saying to compliment- we had a small issue with our tv remote- within 10 minutes it was resolved! Excellent staff and customer care will consider staying in the future if ever needed!

The staff is extremely accommodating! The room was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back! This location is not far from the beach and has plenty of restaurants nearby if you choose to not eat at the hotel. Wonderful visit!

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk staff never informed me about any amenities such as breakfast, dining options, coffee, or the bar. Additionally, no information was provided about WiFi, so I had to rely on my own hotspot.

The condition of my room was another major issue. One of the beds was soiled with what appeared to be blood, which was extremely unsettling. Additionally, the TV was outdated and slow to turn on, making it difficult to use.

The hotel itself also seemed to be in need of maintenance. The elevator was damaged, with peeling molding and visible wear. To make matters worse, there was an elevator repair technician working until about 9 PM on 2/26/25, creating noise near my room.

I did notify the front desk about my concerns on 2/27/25, and they were polite and understanding. However, given the overall condition of the hotel and my experience, I don’t think I would stay here again.
