Very bad service! And if you want to buy something in this store, be prepared that you will never exchange it for another product and will not get your money back. We do not recommend this store!

The absolute worst customer service. Very rude to my elderly mother who needed to use restroom. She happen to come across an open one in their unorganized store. One of the employees paced over to the bathroom and demand she come out because she didn’t ask. She then called over her coworker to talk negatively about my mom. They did not know I was standing near by and listening. When she did notice I saw her roll her eyes at the idea of a CUSTOMER USING THEIR BATHROOM. My mother was rushed out of the bathroom to be yelled at until for “not asking to use the bathroom”. There was no signage that said it was a private or employee bathroom. Overall rude and disrespectful. Do better

It's ok, but once you leave the store NO warranty or guarantee or refund, taking into consideration the fact that what's being sold are stocking leftovers of big stores and overseas imported low-quality products.

I read all the review. a lot of people complain about the service but I said let me just try most of the stuff from China so don't get surprised if something happened to the stuff you need to check the item you want to buy make sure if it's work everything there I know it's temporary is not going to last with you for a long time but it will stay a little while also it's inside the package brand new nobody touch it it's not like 99 cent store or thrifty store. I really like to go there once a while they have amazing stuff honestly if you don't agree you can go to Classic store and get the item you want with really high price I really recommend this place to everyone especially with low income it's a great place

This place is AWESOME!
Granted, they have a 'no returns ' policy- but the items they sell are unique and beautiful.
You will not find more beautiful draperies anywhere and at such a low price.
The staff are gracious and always willing to help you find what you're looking for.

Home goods has taken all my money recently since we bought a house and need all sorts of things to make our house nice and cozy. Some things are pretty pricey but there are lots of pretty and unique pieces for your house needs. Also very addicting so don’t go there if you have no self control 🙂
