Normally I’m all about small town Ace Hardware, but in this case I am extremely frustrated. Brought some replacement Toyota keys in to get cut, they would not cut them because they want to sell me the key at an insane price! What a racket, you guys need to get back to the days of customer service not monopoly control and overcharging. I don’t need the key programmed so I don’t need to buy your key. Just charge me to cut the stupid thing so I can save my daughter a couple hundred dollars

We just moved to Buckeye. We have been to this Ace at least three times. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful . Today we were helped out by Kim one of their associates. She was especially helpful to us. Couldn't have had better service.

I was having trouble getting my patio blinds to stay put because of the weakness of the stucco. Luckily i ran into Devon at the store and he gave me great advise that worked. Now, Whenever I go into the store I look for Devon because he's knowledgeable, friendly and williing to help me figure out the best ways to get my home repairs done right.

I bought an item from them but it was defective within an hour I tried to return it and get my money back . The manager can to me and said “sorry we can not refund you your money. Check your receipt” the receipt says no refund or exchange. That would be the last time I will shop there. They are plain and simple bunch of thieves

Update: 9/22. I tried reaching out to the owner per his/ her reply. It’s the store number and Taylor rudely said “ I can just take a message. He isn’t here and I don’t know when he is going to be here.” Lack of customer service all over again!!! Another bad experience!

Happy this store just opened up. Great customer experience walking in the door and what's best is place is fully stocked. Several associates tried to help me right away which I appreciate. Store is clean, easy to get to and convenient to get to.

The manager Michelle here is extremely rude and does not address any issues. She has a “take it or leave it” mindset. I’d much rather drive 8 more miles to get to HD or Lowe’s when this is my local hardware. Two encounters with this woman. Explained that her employee told me something and she didn’t care to honor it. Also- explained that one of her workers gave me bad advance and she really didn’t seem to care. Zero empathy 100% apathy. Please get rid of Michelle. She’s a bad fit for this nice area.

I visited this ace hardware location looking ALL over town for what I needed and this staff was so helpful and intuitive of my needs when I went into the store it was a pure delight and as an added bonus the prices are good. Very inexpensive thank you guys God bless.
