Great experience. Just leased a new Honda Civic Sport with Ellie, and she was incredible. When I started my search, my car in the shop so I was only passively looking, which is every car salespersons worst nightmare. But Ellie was super respectful about it. She wasn’t pushy, she kept me updated on their inventory, and when the time had come for me to finally make a move, Ellie had earned my business. Honda of El Cajon is somewhere I would send my friends and family - and of course I would make sure to have them ask for Ellie!

All I have to say is if you’re looking for the best deals and walk away happy it will happen at Honda of El Cajon. Came in to trade for a full size SUV that we saw online and unfortunately was sold by the time we got there. (Given the good pricing) Rigoberto our sales rep did not try to push us in any direction other than what we came in for. He showed us the same year model in the color we wanted and it was an even better price! Most important, he treated my family with respect, acknowledge my son which meant a lot since other places disregarded and were sales oriented. He made sure we got taken care of from start to finish and walked out with exactly the deal we had in mind in the first place. Customer service 10/10 everyone from sales, finance, service department, front desk, gave us nothing but outstanding service. Thank you Rigo! And thank you Honda of El Cajon. Had my new 2025 Pilot in for a computer update yesterday. I was so pleased to find women Service Writers!!! I was greeted immediately and my vehicle was taken care of promptly. Everything went very well! Love that they have two customer lounges; one with a TV and one that is quiet. Thanks so much for a great service appointment!
