Not sure how it is that I have not reviewed this local Hot Topic. The selection of novelty products have always been centered around the latest shows, movies and trends out at the time. The past year or two I have noticed a reduction of products in the store physically. I still prefer certain things physically versus online shopping. Nothing like being able to feel the products and knowing for sure if this or that will fit. Staff has always been very nice to interact with. If you they do not have your size, they can always order it and shipping to the store itself is free. This mall is rather sad as far as shopping options, so it is nice that a major store such as this is still there for us to go in and shop...

It was really cool. It was small but it had a lot. The lady was a super nice and friendly. I got a few pins a shirt and a cup and they were all worth the money.

Everytime I visit, I always have a great experience. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. I love the jewelry, T-shirts, pants, and pins that they have.

My daughters love this style and prices aren't too bad WHEN there is a sale. All items are durable, except some jewelry and ear buds that tend to break easily.
Great staff, attentive and friendly.

Be careful here. After being a weekly customer for four years I was asked by the manager about an alleged incident where I threatened and employee saying “I’m wearing steel toe boots and want to use them on you”. I told her it was false and that I didn’t even own a pair of steel toe boots and said I wanted corporates number and she said it was just between her and the employee and her and me and did not give me the number. I later found out from a security guard at the mall that they were notified of it. These types of allegations are definitely not okay. I will never shop at this store again. Be careful if you choose to shop here.

It was ok. First thing I noticed when walking in is how little product was there. Was also surprised at how much Hot Topic has changed. Went from a rocker store to more and more Anime. To bad ?
On the positive the store was very clean.

It's okay for a hot topic. It's small and they don't carry a wide selection nor do they carry a big stock on popular sizes for what they do have.
