How do you set up an interveiw? Online application and automated system says it's "submitted". But I received mail saying I missed an appointment and to call to reschedule. But nowhere can you reschedule and you can't call. I emailed them today. I'll wait on hold for 2 more hours cause they close at 5pm. But I have no hope they will actually answer the phone.

Every time I have to do some thing with these people they never call when it’s convenient for me. We always call when it’s convenient for them. The first time they called me I was at work and I was after their hours is at 6 PM. I start at work at 6 PM and the second time, they didn’t tell me about the second time they didn’t tell me about the first time in but then when I get to the third time they don’t call it all them they call late and they don’t call between the time they’re supposed to call and then when they do call it’s after that time and then they make you feel like the bad person. They don’t even tell you when they’re going to call you they just call you the first time. What if I have to work for future reference people make an appointment the first time then the other two times won’t have to happen.

For answers you can't get over the phone or online, it really is best to go in person. Whenever we do, the caseworker always does their best to see that we've received proper service and we're grateful for the help we've gotten from this center. The staff is nice to you if you're nice to them, as it should be.

I remember going to this place a couple of years ago. Now on my way back for my man. He thinks it's crazy that we have to be going way before the doors open but I told him if you're hungry thinline your hundredth to get called. Believe the reviews when they talk about how long the way it is now I will come back if the weight is not that long today but again we are going before the doors open I highly suggest that for anybody in the future. Do not bring your kids try not too

The local office never answers the phone or emails ( I have tried SO MANY TIMES.) The workers are rude and quick to make up excuses why they can't help you. If you want help, you need to be persistent and explain how much you need help until they pawn you off on someone else to assist you because they're sick of being bothered. They would rather talk with their coworkers in the back room for hours before they actually do anything to help someone. I have met few nice workers here who have been pleasant or helpful.
