Will not answer phone, despite countless calls at different times of the day. Driving 30 miles to simply ask if they have a window in stock because they don't answer their phone calls is ridiculous customer service. Obviously they don't care.
On top of this I ordered a window from them a few years ago, was put on a waiting list for it being told they would contact me when it arrived, which they never did. Not sure they even ordered it.
A contractor they recommended for some work about that time never got back to me on the one job they looked at, though in another job this contractor they recommended did put a roof coating on my roof with supposedly a 10 year warranty. When I went to contact this contractor a few years later about the roof they were not only unavailable with the number they left me but were in jail according to a state complaint I submitted on them.
I would say with the poor customer service this store offers, poor references they give for contractors and lack of any follow up on windows they say they have ordered for customers, its hard to imagine I could give them a poorer rating.
You might be okay if you go to the store and buy something they have on hand in person, but all other types of transactions like placing an order or expecting some sort of courteous customer service via the phone, or follow up on items they say they order for you, including references they give on contractors, is not likely to happen or be very good.
Good luck with them... its a roll of the dice if they can or are willing to help you.

We have purchased a few things there and their prices are decent, BUT, when you try to call the number they show online you get a busy signal all day. Also, we drove there on Friday, 7 Feb 2025, at around 10:30 AM and they were closed. No note on door, nothing. As mentioned by others, their place is a mess. You have to ask where stuff is. But they do seem to know where everything is themselves, and the place always seems to be full of customers.

Got to say a big thank you to Bobby at Hynes discount hardware mobile home in Zephyrhills if you need anything for your mobile home this is the place to go absolutely the cheapest in town and out of town drove from Gainsville to get our materials to build a porch everywhere else wanted double the price,even though I had to drive a long way still was amazingly cheaper than any place in Gainsville or Ocala. So if you need anything for you home go see Bobby

this is by far the best mobile home parts store in the area. I needed some skirting when i called other dealers they only carried white and any other color was a special order a 4 day wait Hynes had all the manufacture colors in stock. Very friendly and helpful with every kind of part you may need

Great place for Mobil Home parts. The people are always very attentive and friendly. Their inventory is massive and very reasonably priced. They have always had what I needed to make a repair. Haynes is my go-to place for all things Mobile Home.

Mike Jr really helped us out with some aluminum railing. Measurements were accurate and he made sure we had all the hardware we needed for the install and showed us what went where. Very happy with the service.
