Lorynn Minter was an absolute pleasure and so sweet to work with! When I tell you she is the best Sales Woman I have ever encountered and I am 84 years old -i mean it! She helped me get into a new 2024 Hyundai Venue with no hassle or pressure at all. We purchased a 2018 brand new Hyundai Elantra, there was a recall on the paint job a couple years later. Hyundai of cottonwood had the spots that were initially peeling off painted but wouldn’t repaint the whole car. Now the parts that they didn’t paint are peeling and flaking. It’s crap that they wouldn’t paint the whole car seeing how there was a recall on the paint and they were getting reimbursed for the work anyway. We’ve been loyal customers since the day we bought the car, also Larry Green as well. This is just disappointing that they wouldn’t take care of the car when it was initially a recalled.***

Update: Hyundai of cottonwood went ahead and took care of our car. And they did it in a very timely manner. I am overall pleased with the job they did. And great fun they took care of it. Thank you Sharon

I had the most amazing experience with
Charyl Conway she not only listened to what wanted she had one there .. test drove a few cars just a couple with Charyl , for 2 weeks prior I went and tried different brand makes and models, no pressure at all and kept asking me if I loved this car … she even let me come back so she could show me how this space shuttle screen works and what different functions.. wish I could give Charyl more than 5 stars … also helped she had frog tattoos it’s a frog thing most don’t understand.
