I'll start with the good. They have a lot to choose from in the store. So good that I spent over $200 in there on this particular day. I wanted to do a special order for a shirt and paid a deposit for it while there. They never gave me a timeline on when it would be ready. So, it's been over 2 weeks now and on Friday I sent a PM trying to get a timeline on when it would be ready. They said they'd check on it for me. It's now Wednesday and they never got back to me. So, I called the shop and a girl checked for it, it wasn't there and she said she would call me by the end of the day to let me know what she found out. I never got a call. It says on their receipt that they don't do refunds, only in store credit. So, I guess I'm out my deposit and no shirt. I had plans to spend a lot more money there since I liked what they had in the store, but not anymore. Bad customer service in my opinion, which turns me away from shopping there.

The service I received here by a young lady as I had my work uniform ordered was definitely above and beyond. I came in about 30 min before the stores closing time but was never rushed or made to feel like a bother. As a matter of fact she encouraged me to try many sizes of shirts on until I found the right one. Go to this store if anything you need is offered here.

The staff are so friendly! Everytime I need sports wear I can count on them. I rushed to get the last pair of black football pants, and they were nice to hold it until I got there. Love this place!

Just a little disappointed with outcome of product. Had several hats made over the course of 2 years. A little mix up in color of the hats, it was handled promptly. My disappointment is the logo seemed small for the hat. Wished size and colors was ok’d by customer before any hat was made.
